All products you purchase are under the warranty of the manufacturer. You can return the product you purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date, provided that the packaging is not opened, damaged, or altered, and the product is not used. Please return the product with an invoice and a petition or return form including your order number.
Check the packages that you think have been damaged during shipment in front of the delivery officer. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product and ask the delivery officer to prepare a report. Please note that once the product is accepted, it is considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty properly.
Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise tampered with will not be accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered and to compensate for any loss in the commercial value of the product if it has been used.
If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the time the returned product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no control over this period.
If there is any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, or other conditions in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return, and the fee will not be refunded. For any defects that may occur after the product has been delivered to the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be contacted.
In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee for returned products will be paid by the customer. Bank transfer refunds will be made within 2 business days, and credit card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to contact your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears for your order, the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you transferred. Refunds for installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card by your bank each month.
